|1st April 2018||National Living Wage (25+) increases to £7.83 per hour.|
|New Statutory rates 2018 proposed by the Department for Work and Pensions.
SSP – £92.05 per week
SMP,SAP, SPP, ShPP – £145.18 per week.
|4th April 2018||Gender Pay Gap reporting for private sector employers. They must publish their first reports.
|25th May 2018||General Data Protection Regulations implemented. All companies will need to be compliant to the new legislation by this date, meaning employers should be preparing now!|
