Your business will receive a full HR service and access to your own personal Employment Law and HR Consultant. This process begins with us taking a look at your existing:
Contracts of Employment – We will ensure your contracts are robust and you have the minimum required procedures in place. It is good practice to review your contracts every couple of years, mainly because employment law is constantly changing but also to ensure your contracts fit with the evolution of your business. Employee Handbook/HR Policies and Procedures – We can review and revise an employee handbook not originally produced by BOSS HR or create an Employee Handbook for your business for the first time depending on your needs. Please see Employee Handbooks for more information.
Your Employment Law and HR Consultant will be there to support you through every step of the process providing continued support that includes:
- Updates to your contracts, employee handbooks and HR policies and procedures as the law changes;
- Access to one to one support and employment law and HR advice;
- All documentation produced on your behalf;
- Employment law and HR newsletters to keep you up to date with any changes in employment law that can affect your business;
- Advice on your recruitment strategy;
- Quarterly review meetings.
