An excellent opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced HR professional to join us at Boss HR. Located in Cardiff, we are looking for an adviser to provide general HR support and services.
We will be considering both full and part time applicants and offering a salary of £18,000 PA.
- Receiving calls from clients requiring HR support.
- Provide advice and support on HR topics.
- Provide training on HR topics or updates to clients.
- Building a strong client relationship by understanding their needs.
- Good understanding of employment legislation and how this translates into practice in the work place.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a HR and employment law environment.
- Time management.
- Administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
