The process will begin by identifying the duties the job holder will be expected to carry out and the competencies, qualifications and skills they will need to do the job. We will consult fully with you at this stage, providing assistance with finalising the job specification, and advising you of industry rates of pay to ensure the package you are offering is competitive and therefore will attract the best applicants.
Once your job specification is finalised, we will discuss advertising the position with you and advise you of the most appropriate recruitment method(s), taking into consideration your advertising budget and timeframe. We will ensure that there is nothing in your job specification and advertisement that may indicate an intention to directly or indirectly discriminate. Retainer clients will benefit from having their vacancies advertised on our website and social media such as Facebook and LinkedIn. We will even liaise with your local Job Centre and post your vacancy on selected recruitment websites at no extra cost.
We can take the time and hassle out of sifting though CV’s and application forms by taking responsibility for this task on your behalf where we will closely match applicants against your carefully drafted job specification, conduct first stage interviews with shortlisted candidates, obtain references and check evidence of entitlement to work in the UK.
